PRACTICAL INDEX OF SAILINTY MODELS (PRISM) DATABASE

PRISM provides information on over 90 tools, models and frameworks that can assist natural resource management planning.

The accompanying PRISM User's Guide describes the tools, models and frameworks and how these can be applied to assist regional planning processes. PRISM will provide a valuable resource for individuals, agencies and organisations involved in natural resource management planning at the regional scale.

PRISM is funded by the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Department of the Enviroment and Heritage under the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality initiative.

Who should use PRISM?

PRISM is designed to inform people interested in regional natural resource management planning.

How should PRISM be used?

Essentially, PRISM will help you identify people and organisations working on planning across the different natural resource management disciplines.  By searching through this database, you will also find information about what tools, models and frameworks are available, what they can be used for and who knows about them.

To begin using PRISM , use the links below or links in the menu bar above.
